Conditions of Return:
- Buyers can return items if they are defective, contain missing information in the description, do not correspond with what was listed, or if the wrong item was received.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the shop owner agrees to the return.
The shop owner will cover return shipping costs if the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of the shop owner.
- Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition, as agreed upon with the seller.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges may be offered for items of equal or lesser value, subject to the discretion of the seller and availability of stock.
- Buyers must contact the seller to initiate an exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of the seller.
